  • We hope you love what you picked, but if you’d like to return something, here’s how it works:

    • Returns accepted in-store only
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
    • Must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition
    • Refunds are issued as store credit only
      (Sorry, no cash refunds.)

  • To return an item, simply visit us in-store with your receipt or order confirmation.

At this time, we only accept returns in-store. If you’re not on the island, feel free to ask a friend to return it for you with your receipt or order confirmation.

Can I return a gift I received?

Yes, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can bring it back to the shop within 14 days. We’ll issue store credit that you can use on anything you like!

How long is my store credit valid?

Store credit never expires! Use it whenever you’re ready to pick out something new that you love.
